Green by Nature is seeking a Team Manager for the Horticulture team to lead a three-person crew across about 20 sites in South Auckland. The role blends hands-on horticulture work with administration, including audits, client meetings and reporting.

You’ll guide the team, build capability, and ensure client satisfaction. We value leadership, independent decision-making, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Horticulture qualifications and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (essential).
• Solid organisational and planning skills and enjoy managing workloads.
• Strong written, computer and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of three across 20 sites, balancing horticulture work with administration tasks (audits, meetings, reporting).
• Maintain hands-on leadership, motivate the team to achieve client expectations and drive excellence.
