Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Team Manager for its Horticulture team, based across the South Auckland region with oversight of about 20 sites. The role combines hands-on horticulture work with administration, audits, client meetings and reporting.

You will lead a small team of three, fostering a proactive, safety-first culture while delivering excellent service to our council, retirement villages and health care clients.

Qualifications

• Horticulture qualifications and at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
• Full NZ Class 1 driver’s license; manual preferred.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three across ~20 sites with hands-on horticulture and administration.
• Conduct audits, meet clients, and prepare reports.
• Motivate staff, maintain safety, and ensure client satisfaction.
