Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Team Manager for the Horticulture team in South Auckland. You will lead a three-person crew across around 20 sites, balancing hands-on horticulture with audits, client meetings and reporting.

A hands-on leader, you will develop a focused, driven team that delivers excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has horticulture qualifications, 3+ years in a similar role, and a valid NZ Class 1 driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in horticulture or similar environment.
• Proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads.
• Strong communication skills with clients and staff.
• Commitment to health and safety practices across sites.

Responsibilities
