Job summary

Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore) is seeking a Home Personal Care admin lead in Queenstown. You will support programme operations, manage referrals, admissions, invoicing, and ensure documentation and reports are complete and accurate.

You will supervise the daily schedules of healthcare assistants, obtain client feedback, and conduct means-testing for government subsidies, coordinating with partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in eldercare or social service.
• Higher Nitec in Business Administration / Office Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Passionate about working with elderly and eager to learn.
• Good understanding of working with elderly.
• Meticulous, accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (staff, volunteers, clients).

Responsibilities

• In-charge of Home Personal Care+ and admin duties, including referrals and invoicing.
• Maintain client records and accounting for audits; submit reports on time.
• Oversee daily schedule of Senior Healthcare Assistants/Healthcare Assistants.
• Obtain periodic feedback from clients and caregivers.
• Carry out monthly means-testing checks and subsidy updates.
• Outreach to community partners and e-referrals as needed.
• Undertake other duties assigned by Senior Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager.
