Job summary

Higgins in Tauranga is seeking permanent, full-time Class 4 & 5 Drivers to join our Operations team. You will load and transport mobile plant, operate tip trucks and trailers, and support roading and construction projects across the region.

As an experienced Driver, you’ll bring a safety-first approach, a valid Class 4/5 licence with WTR endorsement, and proven experience with heavy vehicles. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Safety-first attitude and commitment to public safety.
• Full clean Class 4 or Class 5 driver’s licence (WTR endorsement preferred).
• Experience driving heavy vehicles in a similar role.
• Experience operating a manual Roadranger gearbox (essential).
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible, committed and reliable with a can-do attitude for all weather conditions.
• Passion for the industry and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
