Job summary

Higgins is seeking permanent, full-time Class 4 & 5 Drivers to join our Tauranga Operations team. You’ll drive heavy vehicles, load and transport mobile plant, and support roading and civil projects across the region.

We value safety, teamwork and reliability. The role offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week with ongoing training and development opportunities in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Full clean Class 4 or Class 5 driver’s licence (WTR endorsement preferred).
• Previous experience driving heavy vehicles in a similar role.
• A safety-first attitude for yourself, your team and the public.

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy vehicles across the Tauranga region.
• Load and transport mobile plant, operate tip trucks and trailers.
• Support roading and civil projects with safe, reliable transport.

The Green Team at our Tauranga branch is looking for permanent, full-time Class 4 & 5 Drivers to join our Operations team.

As an experienced Driver, you'll be confident in a variety of driving situations, whether loading and transporting mobile plant, operating tip trucks and trailers, or supporting roading and construction projects across the region.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• A safety-first attitude for yourself, your team, and the public
• Full clean Class 4 or Class 5 driver's licence (WTR endorsement preferred)
• Previous experience driving heavy vehicles in a similar role
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexible, committed, and reliable, with a willingness to work rain or shine
