Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Christchurch is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple portfolios. You will handle reporting, data accuracy, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding tasks, while coordinating Interviews and maintaining system updates.

You will join a collaborative recruitment team on a fixed-term basis through to March 2027, with an emphasis on accuracy, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement in healthcare

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment or HR administration in fast-paced environments.
• Strong data reporting, accuracy, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient with Excel and applicant tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end recruitment across multiple portfolios.
• Maintain recruitment reporting and workforce data accuracy.
• Issue offers and employment documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding tasks.
• Monitor recruitment workflows and update systems.
• Follow up with advisors and managers on actions.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination.
• Provide admin and project support to the team.
• Contribute to process improvements in recruitment.
