• 2+ years' experience in agency or internal recruitment.

• An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity in recruitment.

This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, thinking creatively about attraction strategies, and partnering with leaders to solve workforce challenges.You will provide trusted recruitment advice and end-to-end recruitment support across a varied portfolio that include Specialist Mental Health services, General Nursing, Commercial Services and other critical workforce groups.You will:* Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment and attraction strategies.* Provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, selection methodologies, and candidate assessment.* Support international and domestic attraction initiatives.* Deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.* Promote equitable recruitment practices that support Health NZ's commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity, diversity, and inclusion.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment projects across the wider team.**About you**To be successful in this role, you will bring:* 2+ years' experience in agency or internal recruitment.* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex environment.* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.* Experience developing sourcing and attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles.* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.* A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.* An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a genuine commitment to equity in recruitment.* Experience recruiting within healthcare, professional services, or complex organisations would be advantageous.**Why join us?**Join a team that is passionate about people, recruitment, and making a difference.
