• Significant experience leading health and safety, assurance, risk or governance functions within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety management systems, assurance frameworks and critical risk management.
• Experience leading organisational reporting, performance insights and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead DOC's health, safety, security and business continuity management systems and assurance programmes.
• Provide enterprise oversight of reporting, governance insights, data quality and organisational performance measures.
• Oversee DOC's Protective Security Requirements (PSR) programme and security maturity initiatives.
• Oversee business continuity planning, organisational resilience and emergency preparedness frameworks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement across systems, assurance and governance functions.
