Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a proactive Safety Administrator to support the Health and Safety team on the Northland Corridor Warkworth to Te Hana - Ara Tţhono Project in Auckland, New Zealand.

You will manage safety records, document control, and training coordination to maintain a safe, compliant working environment. Collaboration with operations teams and subcontractors is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with document control and administrative processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inductions and training records across the project.
• Maintain health and safety records, documents and databases.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, and close-out activities.
• Prepare and manage safety reports and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Liaise with operations teams, subcontractors and management to ensure safety processes are followed.
