Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Projects Coordinator to support planning, funding and outcomes across Te Manawa Taki PFO-wide programmes. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage schedules, coordination, and documentation, ensuring deliverables stay on track.

You will identify improvements to processes, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support broader PFO team needs during peak demand. This is a full-time secondment based in Midland.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and track deliverables.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying risks, issues and actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Te Manawa Taki PFO-wide programmes of work.
• Maintain project schedules and tracking systems.
