Our goal is to improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders by delivering equitable, accessible and innovative care.

About the Role

As a Projects Coordinator, you will provide essential coordination and project support across a range of Te Manawa Taki PFO-wide programmes of work. You will be a central point of contact for day-to-day project coordination and will help ensure teams have the information, resources and support they need to deliver.

You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to project coordination systems and processes, helping the team work more effectively and efficiently. At times, you may provide support to the wider PFO team, including Government Servicing during periods of peak demand, while project coordination remains the primary focus of the role.

About the Team and Location

You will be comfortable identifying risks and issues early, following up actions, managing deadlines and finding practical solutions when priorities change. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships will be essential, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and supporting equitable health outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Project coordination experience with at least two years' experience in project coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines and deliverables effectively.

  • Attention to detail with confidence maintaining accurate records, documentation, reports, schedules and tracking systems.
