Job summary

Te Puna Ora Group is seeking a Social & Health Development Coordinator to drive planning through to operational delivery across whānau-focused health and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll coordinate work plans, timelines and milestones while ensuring resources, policies and workforce needs are in place.

Working with Finance, HR and frontline teams, iwi, hapū and community organisations, you’ll support service redesign, pathway development and continuous improvement, keeping progress updates, risks

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, service development, implementation or programme support within social, health, Whānau Ora or community environments.
• Strong planning, organisation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Can manage multiple priorities, workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplans, timelines, actions and key milestones to bring ideas into operational delivery.
• Support service redesign, pathway development, community events, funding opportunities and continuous improvement.
• Keep track of progress, risks and barriers and provide clear updates across teams and partners.
