Job summary

Seequent, The Bentley Subsurface Company, seeks a seasoned Technology Operations leader to guide infrastructure, security, and platform engineering across cloud, CI/CD, and observability. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to enable fast, secure software delivery at scale.

This office-based role requires 3+ days on site in New Zealand, with global collaboration and cost-optimization focus. A tertiary degree and 10+ years in technology leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of technology leadership experience leading platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or security teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Technology Operations strategy.
• Lead shared cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and engineering tooling.
• Oversee application security program and vulnerability management.
• Drive build/deploy systems for fast, secure software delivery.
• Own production and build infrastructure reliability and security.
• Lead cost optimization and FinOps for cloud services.
