Job summary

Faradays Duty Free Retail Limited in Auckland seeks a strategic Head of Retail Intelligence to turn data into commercial insights across sales, inventory, clienteling and operations. You will build a single source of truth, real-time reporting, and AI-enabled intelligence for leadership decisions.

Lead forecasting, pricing and assortment analytics, partner with Finance and Buying, and drive governance while safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in analytics, BI or data science with retail context preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen in inventory-led environments.
• Experience with BI platforms and forecasting, with data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time dashboards and reporting for sales, margin and category performance.
• Develop forecasting and predictive models to improve range planning and replenishment.
• Build CRM and transactional data insights for clienteling and loyalty initiatives.
• Define analytics roadmap and ensure data governance and security.
• Collaborate with Finance, Buying, Retail and Supply Chain to drive commercial decisions.
