Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Insights & Partnerships Lead to shape the future of its retail portfolio. You will own the innovation roadmap, lead foundational research and segmentation, and build capability to drive insight-led decisions across teams.

You'll incubate opportunities to market readiness, influence home energy strategy, and cultivate external partnerships to bring concepts to life. Flexible, hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in customer insights, research, innovation or commercial partnerships.
Proven research design across quantitative and qualitative approaches.
Innovation pipeline management and overseeing the Consumer Retail roadmap.
Ability to turn insight into recommendations that shape propositions, portfolio and commercial decisions.
Strong influence across teams with the confidence to challenge thinking.

Responsibilities

Own the retail innovation roadmap and lead foundational research and segmentation programmes.
Build capability and lift insight-led decision-making across the business.
Incubate new opportunities to commercial readiness and shape Mercury's home energy thinking.
Develop external commercial partnerships ecosystem to bring ideas to life.
