Job summary

Partners Life Limited is seeking a Strategy Manager to shape the company’s future direction and translate strategy into action. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will influence priorities and deliver measurable outcomes across the organisation.

You will oversee the strategic portfolio, Integrated Planning and Assured Delivery framework, balancing competing priorities while challenging thinking to enable effective decisions and reporting to governance audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy
• Tertiary qualification in business/commerce or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with strategic planning, portfolio management and performance frameworks
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop strategic and functional plans aligned with priorities
• Manage the strategic portfolio and support prioritisation
• Lead research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and threats
• Develop performance measures and monitor progress against strategic outcomes
• Track initiatives, milestones, benefits and risks with clear reporting
• Prepare high-quality executive reports and presentations with insights and recommendations
• Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in planning and portfolio management
