Job summary
Mitre 10 is seeking a strategic Head of Performance & Insight in Auckland to lead key performance initiatives and translate data into tangible actions. You will partner with the CFO and leadership to prioritise investments and track value realisation, ensuring a connected view of performance across the business.
You will build and guide analytics teams, develop performance systems and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making at scale.
Qualifications
- Evidence of leadership in commercial analytics, strategy or finance.
- Strong experience building and using enterprise performance frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate data into executive insights and actions.
- Experience with investment evaluation and capital allocation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise performance framework connecting financial, operational and commercial metrics.
- Design and implement integrated performance systems translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Provide enterprise-wide insights identifying opportunities, risks and drivers of performance.
- Establish leading indicators and early signals for proactive decisions.
- Oversee governance of business cases, investment evaluation and capital allocation.
