Job summary

Atlas Chefs is seeking a chef to join a small team in a busy hotel kitchen, delivering lunch and dinner for 150–200 covers. Trade-qualified with 3+ years’ experience, you will bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

You will work with 3–4 teammates, have opportunities to contribute to menu planning, and benefit from accommodations, meals on shift, and career progression supported by Atlas Chefs.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to produce consistent quality.

• Own traditional uniform and knives.

A venue in a beautiful, location needs an enthusiastic Chef to assist in their established kitchen and strive to create quality country food.

About the role:

• Working within a small team providing quality food for lunch and dinner services of around 150-200 covers.
• The opportunity to take on extra responsibilities to further your repertoire and experience in the kitchen.

You’ll work alongside a team of 3-4. This Venue is a busy Hotel, which serves bistro style food plus full menu.
