Delegat Marlborough winery is seeking a Vintage Cellar Hand for a defined harvest window. Work includes grape receival, pressing, clarification, inoculation, and fermentation management for both red and white wines, within a large, modern winery.

Position runs from February 2027 to mid-April 2027, potentially extending to May 2027, with 12-hour days, six days a week, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week before and after harvest. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
