Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems related to the equipment.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests from clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Perform detailed diagnostics on equipment to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Document all technical support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and parts used.
