Paragon - The Agency For People is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead civil and pipeline crews on Three Waters projects across Auckland and the North Island. You will manage daily site operations, safety, and quality while working around live assets and complex infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership, practical experience near water and wastewater assets, and a commitment to safety. Travel, on-call duties, and a chance to progress in specialist infrastructure await the right

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising Three Waters projects.
• Strong background in pipeline, watermain or wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience working around live assets.
• Ability to lead crews under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in challenging environments.
• Strong health and safety mindset.
• Class 2 licence or higher preferred
• Site Safe Gold desirable
• Confined Space, Working at Heights and First Aid advantageous

Responsibilities

• Leading civil and pipeline crews on Three Waters projects.
• Managing day-to-day site operations, safety and quality.
• Working around live water, wastewater and stormwater assets.
• Coordinating emergency and planned maintenance works.
• Reading plans and directing crews to deliver work safely and efficiently.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting and mentoring Leading Hands and crew members.
• Participating in an on-call roster for critical infrastructure response
