Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts, operating M Social Auckland, is seeking an enthusiastic Porter to join the Front Office team. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, assisting guests with luggage and ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment in a busy hotel.

The role requires strong customer service, a full NZ driver’s licence, and excellent English. You’ll work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, with a starting rate of NZD 27.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence (manual preferred).
• Excellent English communication.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move luggage.
• Availability for a variable roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offer warm, genuine welcomes and farewells.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles.
• Keep public areas tidy and inviting.
