Job summary

Myhub Holiday Park & Motels in Dunedin is seeking a friendly receptionist to help guests from check-in to check-out and manage bookings. You will answer calls, respond to emails, and maintain guest information with a courteous, can-do attitude.

Weekend availability is essential, and you will work as part of the MYHUB team to deliver great stays. Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and comfortable using computers and online systems to support daily front-desk operations and guest

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality reception or guest services preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable using computers, email and online systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work weekends and maintain a friendly, proactive vibe.

About you

• Friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with guests


• Reliable and able to work every Saturday and Sunday


• Organised and able to manage several tasks at once


• Comfortable using computers, email and online systems


• A good communicator both in person and over the phone


• Able to work independently and use common sense


• Positive and willing to help wherever needed


• Previous experience in accommodation, hotels, motels, holiday parks, tourism, reception or administration would be great, but it isn't essential
