Job summary

PurePods Limited is seeking an energetic Reservations & Operations Support Coordinator to join our small, fast-moving team in New Zealand. You’ll oversee the reservations process, guest requests, and on-call escalations during peak weekends, while supporting operations and administrative tasks behind the scenes.

Ideal candidates are passionate about travel and hospitality, with strong communication, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to grow within a small team; experience with NewBook

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Calm, organised and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work Saturdays to Wednesdays with weekends off.
• Comfortable using systems and learning new software.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with administrative tasks.
• Experience in hotel reservations or guest services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and guest services end-to-end using the property management software.
• Coordinate with travel agents and maintain rate information; respond to guest enquiries and special requests.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews; assist with on-call escalations when rostered.
