Job summary

Rosewood Kauri Cliffs in Northland, New Zealand, invites you to join a luxury lodge renowned for personalized hospitality. As a Guest Services Agent, you will welcome guests, coordinate transfers, assist with luggage, and deliver room service with professionalism.

You will liaise with guests on activities and bookings, maintain vehicle and lodge areas, support courier runs and safety initiatives, and help colleagues across departments.

• Maintaining cleanliness of guest and lodge areas, pathways and public spaces.
• Supporting operational departments with courier runs and supply collection.
• Monitoring lodge inventory and reporting maintenance or stock concerns.
• Building positive working relationships across lodge departments.
• Ensuring guest privacy, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
• Supporting health and safety initiatives and following safe work practices.

The Opportunity: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Rosewood Kauri Cliffs.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a guest-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Guest Services Agent, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing internal guest transfers and assisting guests throughout their stay
• Handling luggage for arriving and departing guests
• Delivering room service orders promptly and professionally
• Liaising with guests regarding activities, bookings, and requests
• Conducting property tours and golf course transfers
• Maintaining the cleanliness of guest vehicles, lodge vehicles, public areas, pathways, gym, pool area, and lawn activity spaces
• Supporting operational departments with courier runs and collection of supplies
• Monitoring lodge inventory and reporting maintenance or stock concerns
• Building positive working relationships across all lodge departments
• Ensuring guest privacy, confidentiality, and safety are always maintained
• Supporting health and safety initiatives and following safe work practices
