Rosewood Kauri Cliffs in Northland is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for seasonal opportunities. You will support the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, delivering a warm, personalised dining experience.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will use POS systems, maintain high dining standards, and contribute to health and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Genuine passion for guest experience with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Confidence working with POS systems and service standards.

Responsabilités

• Delivering food and beverages efficiently from kitchen to dining areas.
• Setting up and maintaining dining spaces to a high standard.
• Preparing mise en place and ensuring readiness for service.
• Taking accurate orders and communicating effectively with the kitchen.
• Preparing and serving coffees, cocktails, wine, and other beverages.
• Maintaining cleanliness across restaurant, bar, and public areas.
• Building positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Supporting health & safety practices and participating in daily briefings.
