Job summary

Rosewood Kauri Cliffs in Northland invites you to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant for the seasonal period. You will help deliver warm, personalised service in our restaurant and bar, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

With at least 6 months in hospitality, strong communication, and a genuine passion for guest care, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting. Onsite meals, staff perks, and a supportive leadership team await, along with the chance to live and work in one

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Passion for guest experience with attention to detail.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable with POS systems and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food and beverages efficiently from kitchen to dining areas.
• Setting up and maintaining dining spaces to a high standard.
• Preparing mise en place and ensuring readiness for service.
• Taking accurate orders and communicating effectively with the kitchen.
• Preparing and serving coffees, cocktails, wine, and other beverages.
• Maintaining cleanliness across restaurant, bar, and public areas.
• Building positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Supporting health & safety practices and participating in daily briefings.
