Job summary

Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, a luxury lodge in Northland, is hiring a Housekeeping Associate to maintain pristine rooms and public spaces. You will make beds, replace linen, disinfect surfaces, and vacuum, while also tidying lobby areas and restocking supplies.

The role requires a keen eye for detail and strong communication with guests and team members. The position is full-time with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week and up to 55 hours during peak season, rostered over 5 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5-star Hotel/Resort environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets.
• Restocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies.
• Other cleaning duties including cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, and polishing furniture.
