Franz Josef TOP 10 Holiday Park in Franz Josef, NZ is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking couple to work in Reception & Housekeeping in a split role. You will manage bookings, check-ins/outs, respond to emails, handle payments, and clean rooms to a high standard while modelling a welcoming guest experience.

Join our friendly team in Franz Josef and work in one of New Zealand's most spectacular destinations. Franz Josef TOP 10 Holiday Park is looking to hire an enthusiastic, hardworking couple to work within Reception & Housekeeping. This is a great opportunity for a couple who enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests and are happy to lead by example by pitching in wherever needed. This is a split role with half your time spent in housekeeping and half working in Reception.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the holiday park, including:

• Managing bookings and guest enquiries
• Checking guests in and out
• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Handling payments and reservations
• Cleaning of rooms and facilities around the property to an exceptionally high standard

Ideally you will:

• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Be comfortable and competent using booking systems (or willing to learn)
• Have excellent housekeeping skills and experience (or willingness to learn)
• Be reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Work efficiently, particularly during our busy periods
• Be comfortable living very remotely
