Job summary

thl is seeking fixed-term, full-time Guest Experience Hosts to join our Christchurch team. You’ll greet adventurers, manage vehicle collection and return, and ensure a seamless start-to-finish experience.

You’ll be part of a vibrant customer-service‑driven team, delivering excellent service, while supporting health and safety and sharing local travel tips. Fluency in English plus a second language is a bonus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and computer literacy required.
• Second language skills (Spanish, German, Dutch or French) are advantageous.
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure in a team environment.
• Full, valid driver’s license is required.

• Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through vehicle collection and return.
• Drive front-line sales, meeting individual and team targets with your professional sales expertise.
• Be the go-to expert on vehicle operations, on-road procedures, and local travel tips.
• Handle customer inquiries with grace, face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
• Participate actively in our health and safety culture, because everyone's well-being is our top priority.
• Ensure quality control of our products.

As a Guest Experience Host, you'll be the face of thl, greeting adventurers as they embark on their journey and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. • Flexible and ready to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
