Job summary

thl in Christchurch is seeking enthusiastic Guest Experience Hosts on a fixed-term, full-time basis to greet adventurers and ensure a seamless start to their journey. You’ll be the face of thl, guiding vehicle collection and return with a focus on high-quality service.

You’ll drive front-line sales to hit individual and team targets, share vehicle operation tips, handle inquiries by face-to-face, phone, or email, and contribute to a safety-first culture while ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• A second language (Spanish, German, Dutch or French) is advantageous.
• Full, current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at vehicle collection/return and ensure a smooth handover.
• Drive front-line sales to meet individual and team targets.
• Be the go-to expert on vehicle operations and local travel tips.
• Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Participate in health and safety culture and promote well-being.
• Ensure quality control of products.
