QT Wellington, part of EVT’s QT Hotels & Resorts portfolio, seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, cheeky hospitality and smooth check-ins/outs. You’ll be the face of our quirky hotel, creating memorable first impressions and assisting guests with local tips and services.

This minimum 20-hour per week position suits someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys connecting with guests across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Competenze

• Hospitality experience is a plus, but a passion for people and service is non-negotiable.
• A personality that shines - warm, approachable, and just a little bit cheeky.
• Ability to juggle tasks like a pro in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy (because even the quirkiest hotels need precision).
• Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and public holidays—because the QT vibe never sleeps.
• Full drivers license to safely park and retrieve guest vehicles as part of our valet service.
