eShepherd™, part of Gallagher, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM, Strategy & New Ventures, shaping growth and international scale across commercial, product, technology and enabling teams.

Based in Hamilton, NZ or Melbourne, you will deliver strategic recommendations, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and drive execution with clear accountability, while strengthening operating models for new markets.

Competenze

• Significant senior leadership experience in a growth‑oriented, technology‑enabled or internationally operating business.
• Proven record leading complex cross‑functional initiatives with measurable commercial or operational outcomes.
• Strong financial literacy and commercial judgment, including evaluating business cases and investments.
• Experience supporting international growth, scalable operating models and organizational change.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
