You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, build a high-performing team, enhance governance and safety, and propel sustainable profitability in a family-owned environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience reporting to a Board, owners, or shareholders.
• Strong financial, commercial and operational leadership capability.
• Experience leading multiple functions and managing complexity.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing leadership capability.
• Experience implementing organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Significant commercial and P&L accountability.
