Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner with a big smile.
• Process customer transactional banking needs.
• Update customers' personal details and identification.
• Assist with general product and service enquiries and recommend solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Educate customers on BNZ online platforms, tools and digital solutions.
