Job summary

Wotton Kearney (W+K) in Auckland is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join the busy BDM team. Based in Auckland, the role provides essential administrative support across business development and marketing activities, coordinating with the Australian BDM team for a coordinated approach, and assisting staff across the New Zealand business.

Qualifications

Be curious by nature.
Experience with MS PowerPoint and other tools.
Ability to learn multiple online systems and work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

End-to-end event coordination of seminars, boardroom, networking events, and webinars.
Assist with daily CRM management including data accuracy, reporting and CRM-based marketing support.
Create marketing collateral such as presentations, event flyers and team guides.
Create and update content on the firm's website, social media, client portals and intranet.
Produce digital content (videos and photography) for multiple channels.
Support external learning programs and development publications.
Support firm sponsorships and awards submissions.
Maintain up-to-date profiles/CVs for lawyers.
