Job summary

Service Kiwi Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment from its Auckland CBD office. You will drive growth, build partnerships with agencies and institutions in China, and oversee a small team to meet expansion targets.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong interpersonal and strategic planning skills, with occasional travel to China to promote the business and ensure compliance with NZ and Chinese regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in management, sales or marketing.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Strong resources and understanding in international student market.
• Willingness to travel to China occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Explore business opportunities in the Chinese market.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, education institutions and partners in China.
• Find and establish cooperation with new business partners.
• Establish cohort with potential investor category client.
• Coordinate with local short-term study providers and education providers.
