Job summary

Australian Military Bank is seeking a passionate Mortgage Lender to join our retail branch network at Amberley. You will deliver sound residential mortgage advice and provide exceptional member service to our on-base members.

In this role you will collaborate with the Credit Team and regional lending peers to grow mortgage portfolios, engage with the Defence Community, and promote digital banking tools while maintaining strong relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong retail lending experience and knowledge of local residential mortgage products.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with members.
• Proactive approach to business development and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end mortgage service to members on base.
• Make outbound calls to new and prospective members.
• Build relationships with Defence Community and branch staff.
• Collaborate with Credit Team to meet member expectations within credit criteria.
• Educate members to adopt digital banking tools.
• Grow Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios.
