Aspire Foods is seeking a hands-on marketing and operations coordinator to blend marketing execution with operational exposure across New Zealand. You will help build brand awareness, support sales activity, capture customer success stories and strengthen CSR messaging.

The role offers variety, initiative, and potential leadership growth, working across content, sampling programs, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing, hospitality foodservice, FMCG, operations, or a related field.
• Exposure to customer-facing environments is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, or administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Growth Execution: Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and the website.
• Maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Capture photo and video content from kitchens, production environments, customer visits, and product applications.
• Develop customer testimonials, chef quotes, and case studies; create sales support materials.
• Coordinate product sampling programs nationally and support sales conversations with product information and resources.
