Job summary

Inline Nutrition, a division of USP Healthcare (NZ) Ltd, is seeking a hands-on support role in Dunedin to help run day-to-day operations, assist with marketing activities, manage the ambassador community, and grow wholesale partnerships.

This role involves packing orders, engaging with gyms and retailers, coordinating content with ambassadors, and assisting at events and product launches across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, retail, events, marketing or customer service would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Packing and dispatching daily customer and wholesale orders
• Managing relationships with our existing wholesale customers and actively seeking new opportunities
• Building relationships with gyms, retailers, sports clubs and other potential partners
• Looking after our athlete and ambassador community, including coordinating content and deliverables
• Responding to customer enquiries and making sure people have a great experience with Inline
• Supporting expos, events, activations and sampling opportunities (both in Dunedin and around NZ)
• Supporting marketing activity across campaigns, content, partnerships and product launches
• Supporting social media and content creation where needed
