Job summary

Join IHC as a Group Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the People & Corporate Group to deliver great experiences and services across the organisation.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll coordinate processes, support leaders and teams, maintain accurate information, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll bring strong coordination and customer-focused abilities, with proficiency in digital systems and an adaptable approach to changing priorities.

About the role | Mō te tūnga

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll coordinate processes, support leaders and teams, maintain accurate information, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll work across a broad range of activities while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery. You will also:

• Provide coordination and administrative support across People & Corporate services.
• Manage documentation, communications and operational processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning and other people-related activities.
• Help improve systems, processes and ways of working.

The ideal person for this role will be a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys working across multiple priorities and building strong relationships.
