Job summary

IHC New Zealand is seeking a Group Coordinator to join the People & Corporate Group in central Wellington. This full-time permanent role coordinates processes, supports leaders and teams, maintains accurate information, and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You will provide coordination across People & Corporate services, manage documentation and communications, assist with recruitment, onboarding, learning and other people-related activities, and seek improvements to systems

This Is a Varied And Fast-paced Role Where You'll Coordinate Processes, Support Leaders And Teams, Maintain Accurate Information, And Help Keep Day-to-day Operations Running Smoothly. You'll Work Across a Broad Range Of Activities While Identifying Opportunities To Improve Processes And Enhance Service Delivery. You Will Also:
