We support the health system perform more effectively, equitably, and efficiently - reducing harm, saving lives, and improving access to care while ensuring every voice matters.Join us as we partner with clinicians, health providers, whanau and consumers to improve health and disability support services across New Zealand.The roleWe are looking for an organised and proactive Coordinator to join our Health Quality Intelligence team.In this varied role, you will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the group's work programme, helping our people, projects and initiatives run smoothly. This includes supporting work such as the Patient Reported Measures Programme, alongside other programmes that develop analytical and data tools.You'll coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas, papers and minutes, maintain accurate records and documentation, support contract administration and payments, and help ensure key actions and deliverables stay on track.Relationship management will also be an important part of your role.
