Job summary

Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Whanganui is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support patient safety, quality improvement and clinical governance across our services.

You will engage with multidisciplinary teams, lead or support improvement initiatives, review adverse events, analyse data and help implement solutions that enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. 0.9 FTE, permanent part-time role based in Manawatu/Whanganui.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered health professional with APC.
• Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, governance, or service improvement.
• Postgraduate qualifications in quality improvement or leadership are advantageous.
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills.
