Job summary

Tower Insurance in Auckland is launching its first Graduate Programme for February 2027. Four graduates will join in a permanent role with a home team and structured rotations across the business to develop skills and build connections.

You’ll experience rotations across Product, Pricing & Underwriting, Customer & Marketing, Digital & Technology, and Finance, with support from leaders and programme mentors to help you grow and contribute meaningfully.

How the programme works

Our Graduate Programme runs for two years. You’ll join Tower in a permanent role with a home team, while completing structured rotations in other parts of the business alongside your graduate cohort.

Our first graduate intake will include opportunities across:

• Product, Pricing & Underwriting
• Customer & Marketing
• Digital & Technology
• Finance

The rotations will give you the chance to experience different parts of Tower, build new skills and understand how our teams work together.

And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have support from leaders, buddies and dedicated programme support to help you make the most of every opportunity.
