Tower, a Kiwi insurer, is launching its Graduate Programme in Auckland. Four graduates will join in February 2027, embarking on two-year rotations across Product, Pricing & Underwriting; Customer & Marketing; Digital & Technology; and Finance.

You’ll join in a permanent role with a home team and receive programme support to grow your career from day one. You’ll work with leaders and buddies, with structured rotations and opportunities to learn from diverse teams, helping shape Tower’s future

How the programme works

Our Graduate Programme runs for two years. You’ll join Tower in a permanent role with a home team, while completing structured rotations in other parts of the business alongside your graduate cohort.

Our first graduate intake will include opportunities across:

• Product, Pricing & Underwriting
• Customer & Marketing
• Digital & Technology
• Finance

The rotations will give you the chance to experience different parts of Tower, build new skills and understand how our teams work together.

And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have support from leaders, buddies and dedicated programme support to help you make the most of every opportunity.
