Tower Limited is launching its first Graduate Programme in Auckland for February 2027. Four graduates will join in a two-year programme with structured rotations across multiple business areas, aligned to a permanent role within a home team.

You’ll be supported by leaders and programme support to develop skills, build relationships, and contribute to Tower’s mission of helping customers and communities when the unexpected happens.

How the programme works

Our Graduate Programme runs for two years. You’ll join Tower in a permanent role with a home team, while completing structured rotations in other parts of the business alongside your graduate cohort.

Our first graduate intake will include opportunities across:

• Product, Pricing & Underwriting
• Customer & Marketing
• Digital & Technology
• Finance

The rotations will give you the chance to experience different parts of Tower, build new skills and understand how our teams work together.

And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have support from leaders, buddies and dedicated programme support to help you make the most of every opportunity.
