Tower Limited is launching its first Graduate Programme in Auckland for February 2027. Four graduates will join in a two-year programme with structured rotations across multiple business areas, aligned to a permanent role within a home team.

You’ll be supported by leaders and programme support to develop skills, build relationships, and contribute to Tower’s mission of helping customers and communities when the unexpected happens.

Qualifications

• We are looking for four graduates to join us in February 2027 and help shape what comes next at Tower.
• We value curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work with different people and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across Product, Pricing & Underwriting; Customer & Marketing; Digital & Technology; and Finance.
• Build connections across Tower and develop skills to contribute to meaningful work from day one.
