• SEO knowledge and comfort using data to optimize performance.

Bring Tower’s Social Presence to Life:

We’re looking for someone with energy, ideas and some pizzaz to make Tower’s social communities a thriving hub for the Tower brand.

• Ideate, create and engage – you’ll be the beating heart of thinking up, executing and monitoring our brand social media.
• You need to have confidence and creativity to bring fresh new ideas to the table, sell them in to stakeholders, get behind the camera and the tools to bring the ideas to life, and then execute and manage the content and communities.
• Your content will grow audience engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support customer acquisition.
• Partner with marketing and brand teams to deliver social media activities that amplify campaigns, sponsorships, products, partnerships, and key business initiatives.
• Monitor social performance, audience insights, and brand compliance, using data to optimise content while ensuring consistent brand standards across all channels.

Your impact in the first 6-12 months:

• Established a strong and consistent social media presence, with fresh, engaging content regularly delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to key marketing and business priorities.
• Increased audience growth, reach, engagement, and community interaction across Tower’s social channels through effective content planning, testing, and optimisation.
• Built and maintained an engaging content calendar that supports campaigns, sponsorships, product initiatives, and key brand moments throughout the year.
• Delivered high-quality social-first content that enhances brand awareness, strengthens customer trust, and contributes to marketing and commercial objectives.
• Developed effective processes for community management, ensuring timely, consistent, and customer-focused responses across social platforms.
• Used insights, analytics, and emerging trends to continuously improve content performance, while maintaining compliance with brand, legal, and reputational standards.
